Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Sumeet Synfab India Pvt. Ltd. ("Sumeet Wholesale", "we", "us"), Daldal Seoni Main Road, Near Shri Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir, Dubey Colony, Mowa, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and its Rules, we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data you give us through www.sumeetwholesale.com, corporate.sumeetwholesale.com, WhatsApp, phone or email.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries (website form, WhatsApp, phone, email): your name, shop name, city, phone number and requirement. Used only to reply, share catalogues and rates, and process wholesale orders.
• Job applications (corporate.sumeetwholesale.com): your name, mobile, email, city, role, experience, current employer, notice period and CV. Used only to assess you for roles at Sumeet Group and contact you about them.
• Orders and invoices: details needed for billing, GST and dispatch.

We collect this only with your consent, given by ticking the consent box on our forms or by contacting us yourself. We collect no more than we need for these purposes. We do not run customer accounts or take online payments on this website.

How long we keep it

• Website enquiries: deleted automatically 24 months after we receive them.
• Job applications and CVs: deleted automatically 12 months after we receive them, unless you join us.
• Invoices and tax records: kept for the period required by GST and other Indian laws.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see below).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. It is stored with service providers who process it for us under contract: Cloudflare (website hosting, form storage and security) and Google Workspace (email). We share order details with transport partners for dispatch, and with authorities where the law requires it. Third-party features have their own policies: WhatsApp (messaging), OpenStreetMap (the map on our contact page), Google Maps (directions links), Google Fonts (typography), and our Instagram, Facebook and YouTube pages.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and does not identify you.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• Access: ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Correct or update data that is wrong or incomplete.
• Erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it.
• Withdraw consent at any time. This is as easy as giving it: just write to us. It does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
• Complain to us, and if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, write to privacy@sumeetwholesale.in from the phone number or email you used with us. We will reply within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with access limited to a small number of named staff, who sign in with strong passwords. CVs are never publicly accessible. If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adult job seekers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
