Wholesale is our craft
Sumeet Wholesale is run by Sumeet Synfab India Private Limited, a Raipur company incorporated on 19 June 2000. We deal in textiles, readymade garments, home furnishing, household and luggage products. Retailers across Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and more buy from us.
We work as a bridge. Manufacturers and weavers across India, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, sell to us in volume. We put their products in front of thousands of local retailers, with the variety, rates and service a single counter could never get on its own.

Our journey
From Baijnathpara to Mowa
- 1970s
A trader's vision
Late Shri Banwarlal Kankariya begins trading textiles in Central India, laying the foundation of what becomes the Sumeet Group.
- 1984
The first Sumeet outlet
Shri Banwarlal Kankariya and his son Shri Suresh Chand Kankariya open the first outlet at Baijnathpara, Raipur. Retail and wholesale run from the same premises.
- 2000
Sumeet Synfab India Pvt. Ltd.
The wholesale business is incorporated as a private limited company on 19 June 2000 to serve a fast-growing retailer network.
- 2015
New leadership
Ajit Kumar Kankariya takes charge as Managing Director of Sumeet Synfab India Pvt. Ltd.
- 2018
Scale across the region
A 1 lakh sq ft warehouse supports supply across Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and more. Sister brand Sumeet Bazaar grows to around 40 retail outlets.

The Mowa wholesale hub
Our hub on Daldal Seoni Main Road, Mowa, Raipur offers about 2,00,000 sq ft of wholesale floor space over multiple floors. It is one of the largest clothing wholesale destinations in Chhattisgarh and Odisha.
